Our cattle are born and raised here. Always grazing on 100% organic pasture and finished with non-GMO grains.
Every cut is dry-aged up to 28 days, flash-frozen, and vacuum sealed to lock in flavor & tenderness.
We never use antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. Instead, we care for our herd with homeopathy, an organically approved, natural system of medicine.
We’re passionate about truly honest beef — which is why we’re working toward the state’s only USDA-approved on-site slaughter facility within 2-3 years.
Our plan? To build a mobile processing unit directly on our ranch and reduce stress in our cattle for every step of the process. Then we can serve other local ranchers, ensuring the same humane, stress-free process for everyone.

Does dry aged beef taste different?
Yes, significantly. Dry aging breaks down muscle fibers over time, concentrating flavor and improving tenderness in a way fresh-cut beef simply can't match. Our cuts are dry aged up to 28 days before being vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen.
Is tallow good for your skin?
Tallow is structurally close to human skin fat, which is why it absorbs so well without clogging pores. Ours is rendered from the same cattle we raise, no fillers, no synthetic ingredients, just natural ingredients.
Is it safe to order meat online?
Absolutely! When it's packed right. Every order ships vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice to stay frozen in transit. We ship throughout the contiguous U.S. and stand behind every order that arrives below standard.
